2.1 One-Time Bookings

  • Cancellation Policy:

    • Cancellations made more than 2 hours before the scheduled service: Eligible for a 100% refund of the service fee.

    • Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled service: Cancellations are allowed; however, a 100% cancellation fee will apply, and no refund will be issued.

  • Rescheduling Policy:

    • Rescheduling requests made more than 2 hours before the scheduled service: Allowed without any additional fees.

    • Rescheduling requests made within 2 hours of the scheduled service: Not permitted.


2.2 Multipack Bookings

  • Cancellation Policy:

    • Cancellations made more than 2 hours before the scheduled service: Eligible for a refund for the individual session being canceled.

    • Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled service: Not permitted, and no refund will be provided as no cancellation fee can be charged.

  • Rescheduling Policy:

    • Rescheduling requests made more than 2 hours before the scheduled service: Allowed without any additional fees.

    • Rescheduling requests made within 2 hours of the scheduled service: Not permitted.


2.3 Sniffurr Treats

  • Cancellation Policy:

    • Cancellations made more than 2 hours before the scheduled service: Eligible for a full refund.

    • Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled service: Not permitted, and no refund will be provided as no cancellation fee can be charged.

  • Rescheduling Policy:

    • Rescheduling requests made more than 2 hours before the scheduled service: Allowed without any additional fees.

    • Rescheduling requests made within 2 hours of the scheduled service: Not permitted.


3. Additional Information

  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 3-4 working days of the cancellation request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise specified.

  • Non-Refundable Fees: Any third-party transaction fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
